We’re partnering with a well-established pharmacy in Victoria, BC, to find an RPhT who is eager to contribute to a dedicated team focusing on patient care for long-term and residential care patients. This role is operationally focused within the dispensary.
In this dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant collaboration among healthcare professionals, you’ll enjoy a structured schedule with 8-hour shifts, typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm (shift preferences can be accommodated). There are no methadone dispensing, weekend shifts, or on-call duties required.

Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacy Technician - Victoria, BC - Healthcare
- Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service
- Ensuring patient care and safety within scope while completing all typical duties of a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a long term care pharmacy setting
- Supporting operations which may include staff supervision, inventory management support, dispensing duties and other tasks to optimize service opportunities, cost containment, patient retention and development
- Other duties as required to support patient care and safety
Qualifications
Registered Pharmacy Technician - Victoria, BC - Healthcare
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in BC and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service for all patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
