Auto Imports is a family owned and operated auto repair shop in South Edmonton. We are a growing company & we need great people to share our vision, our passion and to join us on the journey. Currently we are seeking applications for the position of Service Adviser.

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair
• Answer telephone promptly and courteously with shop approved greetings
• Scheduling customer appointments for vehicle routine maintenance and repair service
• Suggesting products and services to customers as per requirement
• Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business
• Providing quotes and getting customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
• Providing recommendations based on vehicle assessments
• Working with a close-knit team and communicating with Technicians
• Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer
• Completing proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received
• Perform duties or special projects as assigned

• Customer service & retention
• European import vehicles
• Reviews & feedback generation
• Appointment booking & scheduling

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and a history of providing exceptional customer service and business support
• Valid Alberta driver license and a satisfactory driver’s abstract are conditions of employment
• Ability to work Saturday’s and long hours as required
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Maintain a clean and tidy facility / personal workstation
• Excellent computer skills are conditions of employment
