The Role:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails from both residential and commercial clients
• Troubleshooting with customers
• Scheduling service calls for technicians
• Monitoring and adjusting technicians' schedule as needed
• Updating client accounts
• Answering questions regarding products and services
• Work with other departments to address customer inquiries
• Dealing with constant demands in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-Focused
• Strong understanding of computers (i.e., Microsoft Office)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proven skills in conflict resolution
• Eagerness to learn & effective team player
• Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service environment
• Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset

This is a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. The office is in the Burnside Industrial Park. Work from home opportunities will be available. Shifts are between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm AST, Monday to Friday.
