Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. Duties:

1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person
3. Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems
4. Set up and maintain network connections, including VPN configurations
5. Perform software installations, updates, and patches
6. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operation of computer systems
7. Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
8. Assist with inventory management of computer equipment

Skills:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
3. Experience with VPN configurations and network connectivity troubleshooting
4. Familiarity with software troubleshooting tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
5. Knowledge of MacOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems
6. Previous experience in desktop support or IT support role is preferred
