Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Supply Chain and Risk Senior Manager to join our team to set up at program level.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement the program Supply chain and risk management plans.
- Develop standard operating procedures for the risk management of the program and ensure operational consistency across the program.
- Provide outreach oversight and coaching to the risk management program activities concerning day-to-day performance of the work scope.
- Lead forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team.
- Responsible for risk management of all external and third-party approvals.
- Work closely with the Client and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Report risk management issues to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director and develop appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assign work to employees, oversee, and track the completion of work assignments.
- Interview and select personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintain clear and concise work standards and goals; provide training and development; complete performance evaluations, conduct employee counselling, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of related experience in risk management.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Ability to follow through.
- Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting).
- Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Familiarity and reasonable experience utilizing industry standard tools such as Oracle Primavera, Power BI, Primavera Risk Analysis/Safron Risk/@Risk, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCad, BIM, GIS, etc.
- Facilitating workshops quantitative and/or qualitative risk.
- Infrastructure experience.
- Previous MEA and/or other international experience.
