Compensation: $24.23-$27.35/hour

They are seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate industrial equipment and machinery such as laser machine, press brake, structural steel rolling machine, CNC milling machine etc.
• Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
• Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
• Ensure stocks/inventory of needed materials are ready and available at all times
• Follow all plant safety guidelines, practices and procedures
• Notify supervisors/leads of problems that may occur with equipment or part quality
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating forklift and overhead crane is considered to be a very strong asset
• Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Possess a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
