Wartsila is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer – Product Development. The role will be part of the Hardware Engineering team, responsible for the development of Wartsila’s integrated Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while the industry and company go through substantial growth.
The preferred location for this position is Herndon, VA. This position will be on a hybrid schedule with monthly potential visits to the office in Herndon, Virginia. Another location that will be considered is Toronto, Canada.
