Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Policy, Quality and Audit Lead - Director to join our team! In this role you will get to define the Program-wide Quality strategy and execution at the Program level.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develops and implements the program quality plans, including project audit to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and NQA-1 requirements. Implements the Program Corrective Action/ Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program, development including defining requirements and future administration and support of a unified, global system to include tracking of NCR’s, CAR’s, Audit Findings, etc.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the quality program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all quality among our team.
- Responsible for working closely with Client and delivery partners for integrated quality with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities and any/all interested parties.
- Reports quality issues to the Assurance Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 20 years of related experience in quality management in complex environments and project settings.
- High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organization and follow-through abilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing Industry QA standards, processes, and procedures.
- Experience in preparing root cause analysis and process improvements.
- Experience in responding to organizational audits.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity and reasonable experience utilizing industry standard tools such as Oracle Primavera, Power BI, Primavera Risk Analysis/Safron Risk/@Risk, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCad, BIM, GIS, etc.
- Infrastructure experience.
- Previous MEA and/or other international experience.
