As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE in order to achieve your sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Entities, and SMEs.
• Create new customers to maintain targeted revenues.
• Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.
• Manage Pan Emirates Accounts.
• Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients portfolio.
• Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following corporate managerial/operational guidelines.
• Develop relationships with clients (i.e., recurring visits).
• Collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed by competitors, reporting client feedback on them.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle.
• Must hold a UAE Driving license.
