As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE in order to achieve your sales target.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Entities, and SMEs.
- Create new customers to maintain targeted revenues.
- Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.
- Manage Pan Emirates Accounts.
- Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients portfolio.
- Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following corporate managerial/operational guidelines.
- Develop relationships with clients (i.e., recurring visits).
- Collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed by competitors, reporting client feedback on them.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle.
- Must hold a UAE Driving license.
