Job Description

Looking for a Sales Specialist for a premier aesthetic clinic in Dubai, specializing in Anti-aging, Aesthetic Dermatology, Botox and Fillers, Skin Care, Microblading, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting the clinic's aesthetic services. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness, who can educate and guide clients on treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell aesthetic treatments and services to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Educate clients on available services, treatment plans, and post-care procedures.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to ensure successful conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments and skin care.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Female with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or medical field.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skincare.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry.
