Position Overview

As a Property Consultant specialized in Secondary, Off-Plan, and Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Vista Corporate Group by providing expert guidance and support to clients across various segments of the Dubai real estate market. Your specialized knowledge and experience will assist clients in making informed decisions while buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our team, ensuring seamless transactions and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Representation:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and investment objectives.
• Offer personalized guidance and expert advice on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in secondary market properties, off-plan developments, and rental units.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing.
• Provide clients with professional insights and strategic advice on property investments, maximizing returns while minimizing risks.

Market Analysis and Research:

• Stay up to date on current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on secondary market dynamics, off-plan projects, and leasing trends.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze property listings, comparable sales, and market data to provide accurate pricing recommendations and investment insights.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and potential risks, helping clients make informed decisions based on market conditions and property performance.

Transaction Management:

• Organize and facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings for clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including documentation, legal compliance, and financial arrangements, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry partners to streamline the transaction process and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai's real estate regulations, guiding clients through every legal and procedural requirement.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, investors, and other real estate professionals in the Dubai market.
• Provide continuous support and communication to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering market insights and investment opportunities.
• Establish and cultivate a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence, enhancing trust and loyalty among clients.
• Follow up with clients post-transaction to maintain long-term relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:

• Actively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, nurturing existing relationships while seeking new leads in the market.
• Attend industry events and property exhibitions to increase brand visibility and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales agent in the Dubai market, specializing in secondary market transactions, off-plan sales, and leasing.
• Certifications: Valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification and Dubai Land Department (DLD) license.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, market trends, property developments, and investment strategies.
• Languages: Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus.
