Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager. The candidate must possess fluent Arabic and English speaking and writing skills, with at least 5 years of UAE/GCC work experience. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the tactical execution of sales strategies, team management, process optimization, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently, and sales enablement. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management: Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability. This includes managing the sales pipeline and workflow, ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to gain insights into performance trends and areas for improvement. Generate actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and help in setting realistic sales targets and quotas.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and market trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and finance to align sales strategies with company objectives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among different departments.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.
  • Sales Tools Implementation: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that improve sales productivity and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies that can benefit the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager.
  • Previous experience within the UAE or other GCC countries.
  • Experience in implementing and enabling sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
