We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client's expansion efforts in the Middle East.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury retail/hospitality landscape and the ability to build strong relationships in the region.

Previous experience of working in the region is a must and local language skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for entering and growing in the Middle East market.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the retail sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, vendors, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful market entry.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and suppliers to optimize business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and achieve targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and establish connections.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Proven track record of successfully entering new markets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern retail landscape and cultural nuances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
