We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of network firewall and email security solutions. This is a semi-technical position that requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:
   Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   Coordinate all project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing status reports.
   Ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
   Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
2. Technical Coordination:
   Collaborate with internal IT teams (e.g., network engineers, security analysts) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
   Gather and document technical requirements and specifications.
   Assist in the testing and deployment of network firewall and email security solutions.
   Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after implementation.
3. Communication & Documentation:
   Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
   Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders effectively.
   Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Administrative Support:
   Manage project budgets and track expenses.
   Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Desired candidate profile

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related role.
3. Technical Skills:
   Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, routing).
   Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (e.g., threat vectors, security best practices).
   Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
4. Soft Skills:
   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
   Strong organizational and time management skills.
   Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
   Attention to detail and accuracy.
