Job Title: Project Manager Digital Transformation

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end project management of the CC&B systems merger, including planning, monitoring, and closure.
   
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
   
4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
   
5. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
   
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
   
7. Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
   
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation projects, preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
   
3. Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
   
4. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
   
5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
   
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
   
7. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
   

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
   
2. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the region.
   
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
