The Bid & Project Manager will oversee the execution of railway engineering projects ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Hitachi Rails operational standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management and risk assessment expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop bid proposals, cost estimations, and project roadmaps.
Ensure compliance with PMBOK, PRINCE2, or PMI methodologies.
Manage contractual, financial, and technical risks.
Coordinate between suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
5-10 years of experience in railway, metro, or infrastructure projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Additional Information:
Experience working in multinational environments preferred.
