Job description
Reporting To Head of Water & Infrastructure Water & Infrastructure Water & Environment
Main Responsibilities
Directs and manages the project Detailed Design review up to project completion as per agreement. Being the project focal point to the Client and stakeholders of the Project.
Responsible to ensure Contract / Agreement implementation and support Client as appropriate.
Responsible to direct the team and manage Project Scope, Contract Budget and Cash Flow, Resources, Schedule, Quality of the deliverables and Stakeholders.
Plan with the Team Leads and schedule workload and resources in line with the project schedule.
Organize/manage Project meetings (internal and external) and review workshops.
Effectively communicate Project expectations and Client requirements to team leads/members.
Supervise Weekly and Monthly progress reporting with assistance from project services team.
Conduct weekly meetings with Contractor and Stakeholders (as required) and record the MoM.
Project monitoring and control with the support of project services team.
Ensure interfaces between all disciplines are incorporated where required to achieve project objectives.
Conduct frequent site visits and appraise of matters with critical focus on HSE, Quality and Schedule.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards and specifications.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Proficient in MS Office.
Basic MS Project and Primavera skills.
Education
Minimum bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Industrial Engineering from a recognized University.
PMP certification required.
Additional Information
WORKING EXPERIENCE
2-5 years preferably in Engineering and Consulting roles.
Experienced Technical
Minimum 8-10 years experience in PM role and 5-6 years of experience as Project Engineer or Engineering Coordinator in large scale water treatment plants, pumping stations and transportation networks. Involvement in the development of FEED and detailed design experience is an advantage.
