Job summary
A leading project management firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to ensure compliance with project management standards and oversee all site activities. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in large-scale construction projects. Qualified candidates should possess a BSc in Engineering and PMP certification will be advantageous. The role involves leading a team, reviewing contractor proposals, and preparing project closeout reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Project Management.
- Experience on large scale construction projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project management procedures are compliant with contract requirements.
- Conduct induction courses for PMC staff.
- Review contractor proposals and monitor site compliance.
- Lead PMC team in evaluating contractor communications.
- Prepare final inspection and closeout reports.
