About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prominent developer in Dubai on a secondment basis. This is an opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex heavy infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders and contractors, while upholding strict timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of major heavy infrastructure projects, focusing on site logistics, on-time delivery, and quality control.
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between multiple teams, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Drive the project forward, maintaining a results-oriented, hands-on approach to all stages of delivery.
• Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met without compromising on quality or safety standards.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the developer’s senior management team.

Requirements:

• A civil engineering degree or equivalent
• A proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with experience in both delivery and site logistics within the UAE.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of driving teams to achieve challenging objectives within tight timeframes.
• Exceptional interface management abilities, with the experience to handle complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• A robust, hands-on management style that ensures no detail is overlooked.
• A proactive problem-solver who is prepared to tackle issues head-on and keep the project moving forward.
