The Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Project Manager to join our energetic team in Cologne, Germany .

A Day in the Life :
- As a Project Manager (Non-technical) , you will work closely and collaborate with our clients and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of outstanding work by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance our clients’ projects.
- Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, quality management, project schedules, and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity.
- Coordinate, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timelines through to execution and project closure.
- Support the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality.
- Monitor and control the project financial requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.
- Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client’s advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence. Lead weekly client project updates and support clients with various ad hoc requests.
- Establish an effective communication plan that includes timely documentation of project health reporting cadence, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan that includes all aspects of project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and project close).
- Consistently track the advancement of the project and provide updates on measurable elements such as milestones and deliverables to pertinent stakeholders.
- Follow established processes to create and manage change request workflows from analysis of changes, approval, integration and tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project manage all deliverables of multiple concurrent projects, identifying and communicating priorities for the project team, cross-functional teams, including strategists, instructional designers, creative, communications and analytics teams.
- Follow existing process documentation to manage the workflow and quality assurance for a diverse type of deliverables including strategy design, creative elements, content development, analytics and reporting, technology implementation.
- Leads matrix teams in multiple time-zones.
Are you the One :
- 3+ years of client-facing experience working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment).
- Located in Cologne, Germany ; preference will be given to candidates who live within 80km radius of Cologne.
- German language skills are required at C2 level minimum.
- PMP certification is preferable for this position, showcasing strong project management skills and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Experience using traditional and agile project management tools and methods : Gantt charts, resource schedules, Microsoft Dynamics, or another industry-leading project schedule tool, is required.
- Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
- Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software including MS Project and MS Dynamics.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
