Intern Project Coordinator

Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is seeking an Intern Project Coordinator to join our team. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and follow up on the processes and tasks of various departments on the project and ensure an effective flow of communication and reporting at all times.

What you’ll do:

1. Ensuring that all processes are followed up in a diligent manner
2. Attend scrum meeting of all concerned departments
3. Take detailed meeting notes
4. Follow up on action points
5. Assist in producing reports
6. Ensure JIRA is updated
