Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a strong ability to identify and attract the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
8. Handle employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR management systems.
