Recruitment Manager - UAE National

My client is a successful local bank who are currently going through a period of growth. They are now looking to hire a UAE National to head of the Recruitment team.

As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the following:

1. Proactively work with business leaders to determine hiring requirements and ensure timely engagement of employees.
2. Develop and implement suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies in order to meet line managers staffing needs.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with external sources of staff supply to ensure the talent pipeline is well stocked.
4. Negotiate and promote consistency and visibility of agency agreements across the business.
5. Establish an online portal to attract and manage a database of suitable potential candidates.
6. Support managers in behavioural based interviews, ensuring that candidates are assessed against the appropriate company behaviors.
7. Conduct behavioural based interview training for managers. Ensure that assessment (post interview) is completed to determine best fit for the role and that all selection documentation is completed in accordance with legal requirements.
8. Monitor recruitment and selection, induction and exit interview best practice compliance across business.
9. Produce and report on recruitment, selection, induction and exit interview metrics.

It is essential that the Recruitment Manager role is filled with a UAE National only due to Emiritization within the organization. Other requirements for this role:

1. Strong HR/Recruitment experience – essential
2. Experience working within banking/financial services – highly desirable
3. Excellent communicator – essential
4. Able to deliver results and meet targets regarding staff hire – essential
