Call Center Supervisor jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee fit out and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills technical expertise and a deep understanding of construction processes specific to residential and fit out projects.

Project Planning and Supervision

• Assist in developing detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
  
• Supervise daytoday onsite construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
  
• Monitor and manage resources including labour materials and equipment.
  

Team Management

• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and onsite personnel.
  
• Provide clear instructions to the team and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
  
• Resolve onsite issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all construction work complies with the company s quality standards client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
  

Health and Safety Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) onsite.
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain open communication with clients updating them on project progress milestones and challenges.
  
• Collaborate with architects engineers and designers to address design changes and technical issues.
  

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (5 years) in supervising fit out and residential construction projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and standards.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Primavera or similar).
  
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  
• Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
