Building Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the inventory management processes, historical maintenance data, including maintenance cost/effort and failure data (for key equipment), for all sites and create business mapping/benchmarking with industry references.
2. Lead the maintenance inventory/spare part optimization project.
3. Identify opportunities for BOM standardization across sites for key equipment.
4. Provide Technical Maintenance Excellence expertise and consultancy at different fields of maintenance related to inventory management.
5. Develop inventory maintenance management KPI for studies/analysis.
6. Facilitate and manage the coordination between the end users, other divisions, Vendor/Contractor, and other agencies involved in the projects.
