Job Title: Foreman with Plumbing and Electrical Experience

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman with expertise in both plumbing and electrical systems. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and provide guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plumbing and electrical components of water treatment systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in plumbing and electrical installations.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices in plumbing and electrical work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in plumbing and electrical work are preferred.
