The Role:

Our client is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join the creative team and make an impact across digital and print media. From performance marketing assets to social media visuals and event materials, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design for digital: Create engaging assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email templates, and website visuals to drive audience engagement and conversions.
2. Craft for print: Design print materials such as brochures, event collateral, and product packaging that reflect a premium brand image.
3. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain consistent branding across all channels.
4. Maintain brand standards: Ensure the visual identity remains cohesive and evolves with the company’s growth.
5. Innovate: Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate the brand and push design boundaries.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3+ years as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
2. Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a deep understanding of design principles for both mediums.
3. Performance marketing knowledge: Experience designing assets for digital advertising, with an understanding of optimizing visuals for conversions.
4. Print expertise: Strong knowledge of print production processes, including packaging and event collateral.
5. Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for visually compelling, high-quality designs.
6. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
7. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in digital and print design.
8. Bonus skills: Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
9. Working Hours: Ability to work 40hrs per week aligned to CET business hours.
