Mezzanine sells directly (B2B) and through trusted sales channels. As we expand to more segments and markets we need adaptable team players with a ‘can do’ attitude who can help drive growth and deliver customer success.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to build and lead our sales business function and drive business growth across Sub-Saharan Africa. The CSO will focus on improving performance of existing sales channels, activate new sales channels, run an effective sales operating model, and grow and lead high performance inbound and outbound sales teams across all Mezzanine sales channels. The CSO will be accountable for delivering revenue and contract value targets aligned with commercial success metrics e.g. contribution margin, EBIT and cash flow. The CSO will serve on the Mezzanine Executive Committee and report into the CEO.
