Job Purpose
This role encompasses planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the group's business development and sales and marketing strategy.

- Sales strategy and functional team deliverables
- Marketing strategy and functional team deliverables
- Remarketing strategy and functional team deliverables relating to off-lease and refurbished equipment
- Ad-hoc Projects

Knowledge And Skill Requirements of Position at SST Level 4:
- Excellent understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing within an asset-based finance banking environment
- Sound business acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Sound understanding and application of business technologies
- Presentation and business communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (advanced Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of funding markets
- Wide base of existing OEM and industry relationships
Company Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures including relevant reporting and administration procedures
- Sound knowledge of client and channel requirements
- Sound knowledge of internal control procedures
- Sound knowledge of reporting lines and escalation procedures
- Knowledge of recruitment and disciplinary procedures

Education / Qualification:
- Commercial Degree and or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in management/similar with 10-15 years' experience in a Financial Services or Equipment Finance environment
