Job description

We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to manage and lead our sales team. The CSO will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build relationships with customers, generate new opportunities, and oversee all sales activities. This role will also provide direction and guidance to ensure success in meeting and exceeding organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Execute and monitor effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to stay ahead
  • Set and manage the sales team budget
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of senior-level sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitors
