Job Responsibilities:
- Design EDMs and handle job postings across platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
- Track and update recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates).
- Manage candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Organise events such as recruitment fairs with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Liaise with training institutes, government agencies, and recruitment vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR
- Able to develop and design publicity materials
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives under minimal supervision through customer-centric approach
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving skills and comfortable with data analysis
- Preferably with experience working with recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS)
