Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visuals across various digital and print platforms to enhance brand identity, marketing campaigns, and social media presence. If you have a passion for design, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects while maintaining fresh and innovative aesthetics.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of branding materials, marketing collateral, and product packaging.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create engaging graphics optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling content that aligns with campaign goals and trends.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to create high-performing digital assets.

Creative Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and videographers to bring ideas to life.
  • Translate creative briefs into visually compelling assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Edit and refine designs based on team feedback and performance analytics.
  • Ensure final designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of design trends, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices and digital marketing design needs.

Personality & Work Ethic

  • Highly creative, innovative, and adaptable to changing design trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
