Sales Executive (up to $3,200 base + Comm + Medical/Dental + 18 days leave)
Job description
- No experience in sales will still be considered; big team to support one another.
- Basic salary range of $2,800 to $3,200, commensurate based on experience and skillset.
- Commissions payable according to sales closures, with top performers earning up to 5-digits monthly on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face and virtual channels to introduce relevant training opportunities.
- Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands.
- Drive outreach through social media, networking, corporate events, roadshows, and class visits.
- Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network.
- Conduct telesales, schedule virtual consultations, and manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrollment experiences.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or customer service.
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
