You will be responsible for the preparation of the Company’s financial and management reports including balance sheet schedules, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports, including variance analysis, forecast, cash flow, balance sheet schedules, etc.
2. Prepare annual budget and forecast by working closely with Business Unit and Department Heads.
3. Manage cash flow tightly and ensure loan covenants are complied.
4. Ensure compliance of internal controls in safeguarding the assets of the Company.
5. Ensure compliance of all statutory and tax requirements by liaising with various parties such as auditors, tax agents, government authorities, etc.
6. Ensure timely billing of invoices to customers and input into the system. Follow up with customers on the collection and prepare weekly accounts receivable report on collections.
7. Verify suppliers’ invoices and ensure that they are approved by Department Heads.
8. Ensure timely preparation of payment to suppliers according to the payment cycle.
9. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reports, and any other ad-hoc assignments assigned.
10. Any ad-hoc related matters as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to meet deadlines.
3. Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
4. Team player with a high degree of independence and initiative.
5. Analytical with good problem-solving and communication skills.
6. High level of proficiency in Excel.
