Supply Chain Executive

Our client is one of the world's leading bedding manufacturers and is headquartered in Singapore for its South-East Asian operations. They are looking to fill the position of Supply Chain Executive to ensure Demand Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Control, Procurement & Vendor Management, and Logistics & Warehouse Management are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and respond to emails.
2. Prepare monthly S&OP.
3. Work closely with sales coordinators regarding purchase/order requests, updating stock availability, etc.
4. Coordinate with warehouse operatives in stocktaking to ensure minimal discrepancy.
5. Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
6. Verify invoice matters, ensuring minimal discrepancies.
7. Update inbound and outbound stocks using Excel sheet and SAP accurately.
8. Work closely with delivery vendors to ensure goods are delivered to customers.
9. Liaise with factory and suppliers on any changes in delivery dates, products, pricing, cancellations, etc.
10. Perform administrative duties (e.g., filing).
11. Process goods movement using SAP system.
12. Work closely with suppliers for quotations and material codes.
13. Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure stock movement and quantity are accurate.
14. Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary raw materials and supplies needed.
15. Minimize materials data entry errors and rectify the root cause for any discrepancies.
16. Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in logistics/supply chain or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Well-versed in SAP and Excel.

Additional Information:

• West Side (Tuas area).
• 5 days work week.
