Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily car park operations within a group of car parks.
- Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment.
- Co-ordinate and liaison with clients on operational issues.
- Provide customer service and attend to feedback.
- Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections so as to maintain a high level of service standards at all times.
- Liaise with customers’ claims for refunds on erroneous charges.
- Preparation of circulars and information for clients.
- Ability to motivate staff and to ensure that staff is properly trained.
- Preparation and submission of reports as and when required.
- Travel to the site to resolve issues as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector.
- MS Office proficient.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Possess own vehicle.
