Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily car park operations within a group of car parks.
  • Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment.
  • Co-ordinate and liaison with clients on operational issues.
  • Provide customer service and attend to feedback.
  • Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections so as to maintain a high level of service standards at all times.
  • Liaise with customers’ claims for refunds on erroneous charges.
  • Preparation of circulars and information for clients.
  • Ability to motivate staff and to ensure that staff is properly trained.
  • Preparation and submission of reports as and when required.
  • Travel to the site to resolve issues as and when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • A good team player and able to work independently.
  • Possess own vehicle.
