Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure data integrity.
Provide support for any ad hoc financial reports or analysis as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
