Steward/Dishwasher

Job Description:

1. Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
2. Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. plates, utensils, etc.).
3. Ensure proper dishwashing process and maintenance of the equipment.
4. Clear and wipe tables, clean floors, walls, shelves, toilets, and filters.
5. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.
6. Ensure a clean and tidy environment for diners, in accordance with company standards and sanitation/health regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
2. Able to work weekends and public holidays.
