Job Description:
- Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
- Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. plates, utensils, etc.).
- Ensure proper dishwashing process and maintenance of the equipment.
- Clear and wipe tables, clean floors, walls, shelves, toilets, and filters.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.
- Ensure a clean and tidy environment for diners, in accordance with company standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
