Executive Assistant jobs in Singapore

Location: Sembawang
Salary: up to $3000
Working hours: 5.5 workweek, Staggered working hours, may start work at 7+am & late shift may end at 7plus

1. Handle purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions.
2. Compile and submit clinic statistics/reports.
3. Organize clinic meetings/events (scheduling, logistics, catering).
4. File paperwork and coordinate inter-department tasks.
5. Monitor and restock clinic consumables (office/medical supplies).
6. Liaise with HQ for procurement and forecasting.
7. Coordinate with vendors for clinic maintenance.
8. Measure vitals (height, weight, BP) and guide patients with abnormal readings.
9. Verify patient documents and update records.
10. Assign appointments/service stations.
11. Handle records merging and release of information (ROI).

1. Min diploma/degree in any field.
2. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
3. Experience in administration will be advantageous.
