Executive Assistant (Healthcare) #HHLT
Job description
Location: Sembawang
Salary: up to $3000
Working hours: 5.5 workweek, Staggered working hours, may start work at 7+am & late shift may end at 7plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions.
- Compile and submit clinic statistics/reports.
- Organize clinic meetings/events (scheduling, logistics, catering).
- File paperwork and coordinate inter-department tasks.
- Monitor and restock clinic consumables (office/medical supplies).
- Liaise with HQ for procurement and forecasting.
- Coordinate with vendors for clinic maintenance.
- Measure vitals (height, weight, BP) and guide patients with abnormal readings.
- Verify patient documents and update records.
- Assign appointments/service stations.
- Handle records merging and release of information (ROI).
Requirements:
- Min diploma/degree in any field.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in administration will be advantageous.
