Are you passionate about ensuring product excellence and driving quality improvement? We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QC/QA Executive to join our dynamic team.

We are the leading manufacturer specializing in iron casting products, serving various industries across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. As a key player in our quality control process, you will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and customers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Works closely with suppliers, production, and customers to meet and exceed quality requirements.
2. Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
3. Assist in performing quality checks on newly developed products.
4. Analyze materials to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
5. Record and document results using data sheets and control charts.
6. Identify and isolate defective parts/products, and report variances or defects to supervisors.
7. Monitor and uphold quality control procedures throughout production processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma.
2. Minimum 1 year working experience is preferred, but Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
3. Able to handle in-process and out-going inspection.
4. Knowledge with ISO 9001.
5. Willing to work on shift.
