Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution to ensure they are performed to the required standard and within time-cost budget.
2. Oversee the projects' operations and construction processes to meet the project objectives/goals.
3. Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects, including overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress of the projects.
4. Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants/architects, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
5. Provide advice and analysis on pre-construction feasibility studies, budgeting, and other aspects related to construction management for the Company.
6. Conduct site inspections on a regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
7. Lead the preparation of construction planning, cost control, and sequencing for high-rise buildings.
8. Manage and direct project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
9. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacity with exposure to high-rise residential Project Management.
3. Sound knowledge and experience in high-rise building construction.
4. Capable of managing multi-disciplinary works within a project, including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety, and quality implementation.
5. Mature with strong leadership and communication skills.
