Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Quality related field is required for this position in managing quality of parts, supplier audit & improvement activities.
Ability to monitor team performance to achieve customer standards and expectations.
Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
Good attention to detail and a result-driven approach.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall coordination of the management system and continuous improvement of operations.
Responsible for QMS activities including documentation and record control, internal and external audits, corrective and preventive actions for the findings in audits, etc.
Advise departments and monitor the implementation of SOP, WI, and improvements.
Responsible for leading Continuous Improvement activities including 6S, Problem Solving, Kaizen, etc.
Identify statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Manage and control daily quality-related tasks.
Liaise with customers on all issues pertaining to product quality.
Responsible for overall product quality to ensure low rejection rates and continuous quality improvement.
Handle testing measurements.
Carry out any other quality-related tasks and assignments as required.
Monitor supplier/sub-con performance and develop under-performing suppliers as well as organize periodical supplier audits.
