QA / QC Executive (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local construction standards, regulations and project specifications throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure materials, workmanship, and procedures meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues or discrepancies in construction work.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control procedures, inspections, and test results as per project requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Perform any other tasks as required by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (e.g., CIDB, MS standards), local regulations, and codes.
• Proficient in quality management systems, familiar with construction software and tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferably looking for Mandarin speaking candidates to cater to the related group of people.
