To ensure continuous monitoring of the safety of registered pharmaceutical products by collecting, evaluating, documenting, and reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in compliance with NPRA requirements, Malaysian GVP, and international pharmacovigilance standards.

• Collect and manage adverse event (AE/ADR/SAE) reports from healthcare professionals, consumers, internal staff, literature, and business partners.
• Perform case intake, validation, follow-up, and ensure completeness of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Process and evaluate cases, including seriousness, expectedness, and causality assessments.
• Enter and maintain cases in the safety database using MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary.
• Ensure timely submission of IC SRs to NPRA in accordance with regulatory timelines.
• Conduct routine literature surveillance and process reportable safety information.
• Support preparation of aggregate safety reports (e.g., PSUR/PBRER).
• Assist in signal detection, risk evaluation, and safety label updates.
• Maintain pharmacovigilance documentation, logs, and training records.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and CAPA activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (preferred), Pharmacology, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or other Life Sciences.
• Registered Pharmacist is highly preferred.
• Candidates from other related positions with relevant pharmacovigilance experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of NPRA pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good scientific writing and medical terminology understanding.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Junior PV Officer).
• 1–3 years’ experience: PV Executive.
• 3–6 years’ experience: Senior PV Officer.
• Experience with safety databases (e.g., Argus, ARISg) is an advantage.
