Position Type: Full-Time (6 Days/Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:10 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Store Management
- Oversee the daily operations of Kohi Gelato, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and service crew.
- Assign tasks and ensure all staff members perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold Kohi Gelato’s brand values.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as promotions and social media engagement.
- Monitor daily sales and ensure accurate cash handling and POS system management.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and suggest ways to improve revenue.
- Manage operational costs and control wastage to maximize profitability.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in cafe or dessert shop operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage a team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of coffee-making, gelato, and food preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in F&B.
