Contract type: 1 year fixed term contract

Rotating shift: 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, environmental samples, and finished products according to the testing method, aseptically.
• Perform daily verification of equipment.
• Handle and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform environmental monitoring sampling of production areas aseptically.
• Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and other laboratory supplies and record properly.
• Record and document all activity in the lab accurately, including all tests and quality controls and monitoring.
• Report to Microbiologist for any abnormal or OOS results or conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and sampling points.
• Perform any task assigned by superior from time to time.

• Minimum SPM, with 3 years lab experience in Food Microbiological testing.
• Diploma degree fresh graduates that have basic food microbiological lab experience are acceptable.
