About the role
Work Location: Tampoi
Contract type: 1 year fixed term contract
Rotating shift: 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm
Key responsibilities
Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, environmental samples, and finished products according to the testing method, aseptically.
Perform daily verification of equipment.
Handle and prepare samples for testing.
Perform environmental monitoring sampling of production areas aseptically.
Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and other laboratory supplies and record properly.
Record and document all activity in the lab accurately, including all tests and quality controls and monitoring.
Report to Microbiologist for any abnormal or OOS results or conditions.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and sampling points.
Perform any task assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum SPM, with 3 years lab experience in Food Microbiological testing.
Diploma degree fresh graduates that have basic food microbiological lab experience are acceptable.
