About the role

As our Medical Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with the responsibility to achieve organizational goals and objectives in the assigned area by creating standardized Medical Marketing Practices & Market Access. You will support the Senior Medical Marketing Manager in developing the Medical Marketing strategy and activity plan aligned with Business and Brand Strategy, Medical Field Condition, iHCP Policy, WHO Code, and Local Government regulation to drive HCP recommendations and user acquisition toward Reckitt Health Products in the Medical channel. You will ensure strong collaboration with the brand team, regulatory, compliance, and other functions at all levels of operation and execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Senior Medical Marketing Manager to develop Medical Marketing Strategy with Brand Strategy and comply with iHCP Policy, WHO code, and local government regulation.
  • Develop and execute Medical Marketing materials and activities.
  • Monitor, track, and assess the effectiveness of implemented activities/programs and share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong engagement, mapping, and development plans for related National and Local KOL.
  • Support Senior Medical Marketing in developing Medical Marketing Budget Projections based on agreed numbers for activities aligned with Brand strategy.
  • Monitor Medical Marketing Budget accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
  • Assist in developing reimbursement market roadmaps for related products.
  • Identify and develop engagement plans for national and local KOLs and institutions for related products to support Reckitt Health Product reimbursement access.
  • Develop & execute scientific meetings with related KOLs to engage and gain their influence for Reckitt Health Product reimbursement processes.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in Medical or Marketing teams for at least 3 years and/or exposure to the Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Ideally a combination of Medical and Brand management experience.
  • Understanding of healthcare/pharmaceuticals market conditions and product approaches to ensure that all activities reflect the actual needs of the targeted audiences.
  • Understanding of customers and the competition, as well as environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Reckitt Health operating philosophy and operate within company policies and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company and through various formats.
  • Experience of working directly with HCPs, key opinion leaders, technical experts, and professional staff, as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitors.
  • Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including healthcare customer base and comparative strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Self-driven and ability to work as a team player cross-functionally.
