Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering
   • Support Sales Controller in Gross-To-Net Budget & Forecast.
   • Provide all financial support required by Sales Controller & Business Partners (Sales & Trade Marketing Team).
   • Independently review & challenge business proposals, plans & decisions.
   • Participate in the process of monthly closing.
2. Budget, Forecast, and Simulation
   • Support on preparation of gross-to-net reporting for Actual, Budget & Forecast.
   • Support on validation of trade claims from customers.
3. Monitor, Track and Control
   • Support on managing internal gross-to-net system.
   • Proactively contribute to maintaining a robust internal control.
4. Financial Evaluation & Analysis
   • Provide solid financial analysis to assist in business decisions and develop a lean database for such analysis.
   • Support sales team & trade marketing team to understand sales, orders portfolio, margin & potential future results.
5. Process Improvements
   • Continuous improvement for efficiency and better control.

About You

• ACCA, CIMA, or Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years relevant experience. Experience in FMCGs in the field of Accounting / Finance. Experience in business partnerships and audits will be an added advantage.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial Tools (SAP) and Modelling.
• Team player.
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Proactive attitude with agile mindset – self-initiator, resourceful, independent, and good follow through.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
